Novice I & II       6:15 - 7:00 pm

Mako I               6:30 - 7:45 pm (dryland at 6:10 pm)

Mako II              7:00 - 9:00 AM

Pre Senior          7:00 - 9:30 AM  (M-F)   and    6:15 - 7:45 pm (Tue & Thu)

Senior                6:00 - 8:30 AM  (M-F)   and   6:15 - 7:45 pm (Mon & Wed)

Saturday workouts are for Mako II, Pre Senior, and Senior swimmers only.  Coach Cameron will hold occasional stroke technique practices on Saturday's for the entire team.  Specific dates & times will be announced at a later date.

We realize not all schools are out for summer break by June 8th.  If you have a scheduling conflict due to your school schedule, please see Coach Cameron directly.

Don't forget to sign up for the annual FRAC Invitational Swim Meet being held June 13-14, 2009!  Deadline to enter is June 4th.  You can sign-up for the meet at http://www.swimconnection.com/sn/exec/SaHome. 

We'll be having a FRAC fundraiser at Costa Vida on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 all day long.  A portion of all meals purchased when FRAC is mentioned comes back to the team. 

Remember to tell family, friends and co-workers to eat at Costa Vida that day and menion FRAC.

Costa Vida is located in the Wal-Mart Shopping Center (on the Hwy 20 side).  If you’ve never eaten at Costa Vida before, this is a great reason to try someplace new!
